FT/PT Sushi Chef / Cook / Dishwasher

The Sushi Chef is expected to perform the following duties: Prepare and make individual Japanese dishes ensuring quality and quantity proportions preparing sauce and garnishes ability to work as a team and independently inspect and clean work areas Requirements: - Completion of Secondary School - 1 years or more experience in Maki Section required The Cook is expected to perform the following duties -Prepare and cook individual Japanese dishes -ensuring quality and quantity proportions -preparing sauce and garnishes -ability to work as a team and independently -inspect and clean work areas Requirements - Completion of Secondary School - 1 years or more experience in cooking required Dishwasher - Full-Time Part Time - Clean and prepare various foods for cooking or serving. - Receive and store supplies. - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, andor pans using dishwashers or by hand. - Clean garbage cans with water or steam. - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
