Seeking energetic, reliable, dependable, committed, enthusiastic, physically fit, health conscious non smoker female caregiver to provide personal and physical care in a private home setting for young adult who requires a wheelchair for their mobility. Good command of the English Language. Attention to detail. Must be team player and work well with others. Full time part time position 3-4 days @ week. Duties include: assisting with daily living, personal (bathing, showering, toileting, dressing, grooming, and physical care. Access into the community. Lighthouse keeping duties. Meal planning, preparation, cooking. Small friendly dog in family home. A personal interest/passion for Art, University Studies, and/or physical fitness (working out) an asset. Must have valid drivers license. Criminal record check, references required. Physically healthy. Reliable, organized and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills including an ability to follow instructions. Trusted to work with minimal supervision. Compassionate and committed to making a positive contribution.
