The following is a snapshot of my skills that I will bring to your Company: * Greet customers in a friendly and open manner both in person and over the telephone, experienced with multi-line system * Provide information about company and services offered to potential and existing clients existing clients. * Proficient with computers and the Microsoft suite of software * Familiar with General QuickBooks entering bills, employee time and expenses, receiving payments, processing credit card payments both in person and over the phone * Provide administrative support to the team by setting up new files, electronically and hard copy. Gathering missing information to obtain complete picture of project from various sources. Retrieval of relevant information from Archives * Work well within a cooperative team environment * Maintain client and business confidentiality * Have a great attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environment under pressure * Ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities throughout the day * Initiated invoice process to receive e-transfers payments with business owner * Effective communicator in speaking and writing English
