Do you enjoy interacting with people and providing them with excellent customer service? If so, we have a great opportunity for you with our clients' call centre! This opportunity is full - time and permanent. Shifts will be on a rotating schedule so flexibility between Monday to Sunday, 5.00am to 8.00pm is a must! Other responsibilities will include: * Providing world class customer service to our customers * Responding to all inquiries in an efficient and effective manner * Conduct follow up calls/emails to ensure order accuracy * Maintain a high level of product knowledge * Displaying excellent use of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) * Process all new and existing orders to keep a high level of order management.
