This is an early set under the Westbury brand, out the Tama factory in the late 1970's. Like everything Tama manufacture, it is incredibly well made, and is in exceedingly good condition. It benefits from pro replacement heads on all the drums. It has a 22" bass drum. The 12" and 13" mounted toms are (in common with the trend in the late '70's) less deep than usual, which makes set-up much easier, particularly for the shorter player. There is also a 16" floor tom. The snare is likely a later a 14" steel shell model. All the drums have good heads and sound great.
Added to this are all the necessary pedals and stands, plus a drum stool. The cymbals are a Zildjian crash/ ride and Sabian hi hats. Finally, we have a pair of drum sticks and the all-important drum tuning key.
This set will be perfect for a student or intermediate player and is all tuned up and ready to play. Unlike some other sets advertised, you won't have anything more to buy - take it home and start playing!
