AVAILABLE NOW Private locked bedroom. We are offering a, private and fully furnished, large bedroom with a new queen size bed, huge double sized closet and your own private 4 piece bathroom. Your private area shares a common entrance with the home owners. Other areas for your exclusive use include a newly furnished family room with leather sofa and love seat, 45" flat screen cable TV, dining table and chairs, small kitchenette and games room. Plus you will have a large private ocean view deck. All services including WIFI, cable TV and all utilities are included. You will also have shared use of our laundry facilities. The kitchenette has a small sink, full sized fridge and freezer, micro wave, air fry toaster oven, rice cooker and a kettle. This offered space is for one tenant only and will have your own private floor of a luxurious family home. Absolutely not allowed are any pets, smoking or parties. Linen, bedding, dishes, cutlery and utensils may be available as needed. As this is within a private family home, occasionally upon request we may allow limited gathering of friends or up to one overnight guest. Extra storage space may be available if needed.
