We are offering a locked, private and fully furnished, large bedroom with new pillow top queen size bed, huge double sized closet and your own private 4 piece bathroom. With a common entrance. Other areas for your exclusive use include a newly furnished family room with leather sofa and love seat, 45" flat screen cable TV, dining table and chairs. Plus you have a private ocean view deck, kitchenette and games room. All services including wireless Internet, cable TV and utilities are supplied. You will also have use of our laundry facilities. The kitchenette has a small sink, full sized fridge and freezer, micro wave, air fry toaster oven, rice cooker and a kettle. This offered space is for one tenant only with your own private floor of a luxurious family home. Absolutely not allowed are any pets, smoking or parties. Linen, bedding, dishes, cutlery and utensils are available as needed. As this is within a private family home, occasionally upon request we may allow limited gathering of friends or up to one overnight guest. Extra storage space may be available if needed.
