BCD Superhawk by Scubapro size Large This is a back inflate style, has integrated weight pouches that hold about 10 to 12 pounds each, and it also has 2 trim pouches that hold 2 lbs each of the bullet style weights. Two times Double D rings on the shoulder straps. Not sure of the lift rating, but I was using it locally for dry suit diving, and I am about 205. It worked fine for me. In good overall condition and used recently, works fine.
