A Place to Hang my Hat Today

Hello I am a quiet, respectful, non smoking mature person with no pets looking for a nice place to call home. I recently retired. I am respectful and quiet. I love to walk and take photos. I enjoy bbqing, I was employed on ships, both military and merchant, before getting into the education field. Love the water and I sail and kayak. I am looking to rent in a nice place. You may know of a place. I have looked at live aboards (no slips available), house sits, helpx. I have been looking from Mill Bay to Nanaimo. I am good at renovations and maintenance. Found a nice place that was taken off the market for a relative's need. Now the friend's stop gap solution is done. Thanks for consideration. I would like to call BC home.
