$650 · 2x rooms near VIU avail late March

There is a tenant in there now who will leave on March 15th and going in to take pics isn't worth disturbing them and increasing transmission risk. This is a legit ad with a real person - I am also aware that a morally flexible person would say the same thing - if you can suspend your disbelief for a moment please do read on :) We have 2x rooms for rent - smaller one is $650 and larger is $700 everything (+wifi) included. Both rooms on upper floor. Can be furnished or not. Upper level bathroom, kitchen, and dining room to be shared. We have the kitchen kitted out. In suite laundry. The strata leader lives across from this unit and folks keep an eye out for each other. The spot is 3 blocks from VIU across the street from a big shopping complex with 99% of what you'll need. There is lots of parking available in the complex. We are a couple hurling towards middle age and we like our beauty sleep. One is a dentist and one is a social worker. We intend to convert the bottom living room into a micro apartment and use it as a pied a terre. We have a house outside of Nanaimo that we live in primarily - one will spend 3-4 nights a week at this place, the other likely only 1x/week. Weekends we will only very rarely be there. The way we will separate the house the only time we would cross each other's path will be when we come in, heat up food, and take a shower. We'll cook in the other place and bring it over. We take COVID seriously. One of us is fully n95+ full gown PPE'd as the work entails aerosol generating procedures by nature. The other works in long term care and has received both vaccinations and is happy to prove it. We are chill about most things so we reserve the right to set clear boundaries on this issue. Please be safe and you can expect the same from us. We are flexible re who we share the space with so long as you are decent and good. I don't see the point in compiling a rigid "ticky box" system to filter people out. Good is good - if you understand what that means then we will be waiting for your message.
