Timing belt is oil soaked and 10 years old. Recommend replacing timing belt, idler pulley, tensioner assembly, water pump, crankshaft and camshaft oil seals. Spark plug replacement is worn. Moderate to heavy carbon deposits. Engine torque mount: bushing torn out. Cylinder number 4 has 0-20 psi of compression. It is leaking through the #4 exhaust valve. Needs to have cylinder head off to repair. Duncan area.
