*PLEASE READ FULL AD BEFORE CONTACTING ME* Need a vehicle to get you through the winter? This is it right here! Was a work truck in it's previous life. It does have the usual scratches of something it's age and there are a few dings on the tailgate but aside from that, it is in great mechanical condition and has never let me down! As of when this ad was posted, it has 302,700 km in on it. The pros: - No rust on the body! - Lots of brand new parts installed. It fires right up! I have receipts. - The previous owner put a new transmission in it. It shifts perfectly! - Tires have lots of life in them. - The A/C runs as hot or as cold as you want. - Seats, centre console, and dome light are out of a Mazda of the same body style and same generation and are in great shape! They also have lumbar support but I don't have time to hook it up. (Already installed but need to be plugged into a power source.) - Spray-on bedliner. - Aftermarket 2 DIN stereo with CD, bluetooth, auxiliary/USB, and other services such as SeriusXM, Spotify, and IHeartRadio. You can also download an app on your phone to control it remotely. The cons: -Every once in a while it will idle rough when it starts but will sort itself out once you start driving. - It may need new brakes in the future. Some notes: - Could use an oil change in the next few thousand kilometers. - It could use a tune-up. I don't know when it last had one. - The check engine light is on. (Its a Ford.) I had it checked out the code is 'P0441' (purge flow sensor.) I don't know much about that part but it hasn't given me any issues. It may be worth replacing. - The automatic locking hubs sometimes don't properly click into place. It's a glitch in the computer. Sometimes you need to try it a few times but it will eventually lock into place. Another option would be to find some manual locking hubs. The truck is located in Shawnigan Lake. ($1500 firm.)
