1992 Trav-l-mate 26ft 5th Wheel Queen bed up front Futon style couch Dinette folds down into a bed as well. Fridge, stove, heat, hot water all work last we used it. Unfortunately, we didn’t use it this year and it developed a leak in the back corner. It has been covered with a tarp since we found it and has mostly dried but there is water damage. Everything else is in good condition. Replaced the tires last year with good used ones. No battery, no propane tanks. Open to reasonable offers and might be willing to trade up to a decent travel trailer. Trailer is located in Shawnigan Lake/ Cobble Hill area.
