Single breast pump. Used a handful of times after purchasing it new at Babies'R'Us a few years ago. Neither of my girls took to a bottle. The few times I used the pump, it worked great. It was thoroughly washed and sterilized in boiling water before and after each use. All pieces and instructions are in the bag!
