The barbecue itself is all made with 316 stainless steel,which is better than food grade stainless material,overall grilling length is 42"x21"in width,from ground to top of grill is 31",the grill itself is fully ajustable for loading and getting the right temperature for grilling,just have to turn the handle.You wouldn't find one like this at Home Depot or Canadian Tire.The material do make this unit is worth over $500.00 never mind the labor
